What is the refund policy?

File Download Refunds: PLR.me does not offer refunds or re-credits for downloaded files. File returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of PLR.me.

Pay-as-you-go credits: Refunds for pay-as-you-go credits can be made within 14 days of your invoice date, provided that you have not used any credits from the pack.

First 14 Days: if the subscription isn’t right for you, you can contact us for a refund within 14 days of your original invoice date, provided you have not used more than 5 credits and have not made use of any downloaded resources.

Unlimited Plan: Due to the nature of this limited offer, there are no refunds on the unlimited plan.

Cancel any time: You are free to cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. There are no cancellation fees, contracts, or obligations.

Note: Upon cancellation any unused credits (and access to the members only tools) will automatically expire on your billing date.

Monthly or Annual Renewals: If you would not like to renew, please cancel your plan prior to your renewal date from your Billing page.

Important: There are no refunds on automatic monthly or annual renewal subscription payments.

With annual plans, we send a renewal reminder 14 days prior to the renewal. We are not responsible if this message is accidentally deleted or marked as spam.
